Shaista is a budding Company Secretary, pursuing Company Secretary Professional (Final) Programme from Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI), having experience across various legal and regulatory compliances encompassing corporate sector including excellent drafting skills, experience in Insolvency & Bankruptcy Laws, mergers and amalgamations etc. Her knowledge with respect to taxation laws makes her a competent personal tax consultant as well. However, her hunger for exploring and growing in various arenas aspires her to make it big in the field of finance. Her interest in stock market makes her to aim for professionally studying and taking up finance as future job roles.
Apart from her research and regulatory works, from sunrise to sunset, she loves journaling, painting, playing badminton and follow various other sports. She firmly believes that her deep interest in sports pushes her to achieve her professional targets through grit and resilience which comprises sportsman spirit.
