Aalia Firdos Usmani

Aalia is a second-year MBA student at Symbiosis International University, Pune, majoring in marketing. She is really passionate about selling things and telling stories about products. Her interest lies in understanding what a brand is trying to sell and how it influences a consumer's decision. Currently, Aalia is coordinating the Editorial and Media Relations Cell of her college. In addition to interacting with new people, she enjoys art and crafts and finds cooking very therapeutic.She comes from a defense background, as her father served in the Indian Naval Servies and has got the opportunity to travel and stay in different states all over India. She had the privilege of studying at the prestigious Aligarh Muslim University prior to her B-school journey, which helped imprint a positive outlook on life in her mind, which has been her greatest asset.
