Aneela Imam

Aneela Imam is a postgraduate student of Women's Studies at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Simultaneously, she is pursuing postgraduation in English Literature from Aligarh Muslim University through online education. Imam aspires to research 'Literal and Figurative Space for Women Writers' and 'Women's Financial Stability and Independence in India'. She wants to work in academia, where she feels she belongs.
Imam is a feminist who believes in empowering people around her through education. Poetry is one way through which Imam voices her inner thoughts. Apart from English Literature, she has a keen interest in Urdu poetry.
