Adfer Muzaffar

Adfer Muzaffar is a graduate from Harvard University where she received her Master’s in Mind, Brain & Education. She has over 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources with the global FMCG firm Unilever. Her experience in Human Resources is rich and varied with stints in Talent & Organizational Development, and Learning & Leadership Development. Adfer received her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in 2011. She has an undergraduate degree in Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology. She is interested in Human Behavior and Psychology and developing a more scientific and evidence-based approach to the design of Talent & Learning Human Resource solutions. Adfer comes from the beautiful valley of Kashmir. She has lived and worked in various cities across India, the UK, the US, & the Middle East. She currently lives with her husband in Mumbai, India.
