Alia Ali

Alia Ali is an Impact Investing Manager at The Bridgespan Group- a leading social impact consultant and advisor to nonprofits, philanthropists, and investors. She has 10+ years of experience in impact investing, public finance, education and skill development. She started her career with the Government of India, in the Office of Advisor to the Prime Minister of India on Skill Development. She later joined EY’s public finance advisory team and was part of EkStep Foundation’s journey and mission to provide access to learning opportunities to 200 million students in India. Prior to joining Bridgespan, Alia served as Vice President of India Investments at Elevar Equity, an early stage venture capital fund.

Alia completed her MSc in Economics from University College London and BA Honors in Economics from Hans Raj College, University of Delhi. Alia enjoys reading and painting, and can often be found fixing things.
