Sanjukta Rej is a Senior Engagement Manager at EXL Analytics, a leading global analytics firm. A Masters in Economics with over 16 years of industry experience, Sanjukta has collaborated with top-tier banks and consulting firms such as Morgan Stanley and Kotak Mahindra Bank, as well as other prominent players in the financial sector. Her expertise spans markets in the US, UK and Southeast Asia.

Driven by a passion for knowledge-sharing, Sanjukta has led numerous training sessions and moderated discussions throughout her career. Based in Mumbai, she lives with her husband and eight-year-old son. In her leisure time, Sanjukta is an avid reader and enjoys pursuing her love for dancing, all while cherishing moments spent with her family.
