ABOUT THE SPEAKER:
Mr Satyajit Gupta is the Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Head of India Legal & Global Head of CSR at EXL, a global analytics and digital solutions company. With a background as a corporate/ M&A lawyer dual-qualified in India and England, Satyajit has over 20 years of experience across various law and consulting firms as well as in-house roles. In addition, Satyajit has served as an officer of the International Bar Association, the world’s foremost organization for international legal practitioners. He also serves as the President of a Rotary Club in Delhi NCR.
