Aarti Shyamsunder

Global lead - DEI Content and Offerings, Accenture

Dr. Aarti Shyamsunder (she/her) is a work/organizational psychologist currently working in Accenture's Leadership and Culture practice, leading their client-facing diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) work from a content, thought leadership and solution design perspective. She is also an ICF-certified climate and biodiversity coach, and has Hogan, ADEPT and other certifications in assessment and coaching. Prior to YSC Consulting, now part of Accenture, she had been running an independent research and consulting practice, “Psymantics Consulting” and has worked in other global organizations. Aarti obtained her Ph.D. in IO psychology from the University of Akron in 2008. Her work and career (in the US, India, and UAE) have focused on gender diversity, equity and inclusion, leadership development, business excellence, and psychological assessment. She is also a founder-advisor for Cymorg, a platform for gamified leadership development, and is the founder and President of “COSI” (the Community of Organizational Sciences in India). With over 70 publications and invited talks to her credit, Aarti focuses on evidence-based practices through COSI and in her work. Her approach incorporates multi-level and systems thinking and is bespoke, driven by client needs and future goals. Her vision is to help organizations and individuals achieve meaningful work together.
