Kam Unninayar empowers senior executives and emerging leaders to lead with clarity, influence, and resilience. With over 25 years of global executive experience—including CFO and VP roles at public companies—she brings a powerful blend of strategic insight, business acumen, and thoughtful inquiry to her coaching.

She offers a seasoned executive perspective that helps clients think more broadly, lead with intention, and navigate complexity with confidence. Her leadership roles at organizations such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, Harvard Bioscience, Tetraphase Pharmaceuticals, H.J. Heinz, Colgate-Palmolive, PepsiCo, Citibank, and Miller Brewing Company give her firsthand insight into the pressures and demands senior leaders face. Kam has led high-impact initiatives across life sciences, diagnostics, and consumer goods—steering acquisitions, integrations, and strategic growth with clarity and focus. This lived experience enables her to meet clients where they are and guide them toward meaningful, lasting impact.

Her coaching is relationship-driven and results-oriented—grounded in deep listening and reflective dialogue. She partners with clients through assessments, tailored action plans, and stakeholder feedback, supporting them through transitions, high-stakes decisions, and dynamic leadership environments.

Kam is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation and holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) from William James College. She is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Harvard University, with a certificate in Advanced Negotiation. She also holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Values-driven, Kam dedicates part of her practice to serving underserved communities. As Lead Coach at the LedBy Foundation, she supports Indian Muslim women in developing their leadership potential.
