Her client base includes emerging professionals, senior executives, and C-Suite leaders from for-profit corporations and non-profit organizations. As a former public company CFO, Kam draws upon her leadership experience to help clients navigate matrixed global organizations while managing multiple stakeholders. A practicing meditator, she integrates cognitive and emotional empathy and mindfulness into her coaching.

Kam brings over 25 years of corporate leadership and business transformation experience across verticals like Healthcare, Biotech, and Consumer Goods industries, where she served in senior executive positions in finance and operational excellence. Her former employers include Thermo Fisher Scientific, H.J. Heinz, Miller Brewing Company, Colgate-Palmolive, PepsiCo, Citibank, and biotech/healthcare start-ups.

Kam is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with International Coach Federation and holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (GCEC) from William James College in Boston. She is experienced in assessment and coaching tools that build insight, develop executive presence, leadership competencies, and foster collaborative communication skills. She has a master’s degree in business administration (M.S.) and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Values-driven, she also offers pro-bono coaching to underserved communities each week.
