Tania Alam

Born in West Bengal to parents with disabilities, Tania and her younger sister were raised by incredibly supportive parents who prioritized their education. As the elder sibling, Tania took on more responsibility after her father's demise, but her parents never let societal pressures for early marriage hold her back. They encouraged her to dream big, and Tania did just that. She aced her exams, landed a spot at a prestigious IIT, and completed her MBA. Today, she's a successful product manager in the exciting world of FinTech, building cool products that make a difference. But Tania's drive doesn't stop at work. Through her initiative, "The FinTech PM," she mentors future product managers, all thanks to the unwavering support of her parents and her own desire to inspire others.
