Reda Fatma Mobin

Reda Fatma Mobin is a budding writer and artist with a keen interest in wildly different subjects. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jamia Millia Islamia. A Muslim woman born and raised in Bihar, she realised that with each of her identity marker came tonnes of baggage and stereotypes. It made her resilient, opinionated, and an advocate for social change. She believes in being the voice of the voiceless and is often found lending her time and support to the underprivileged. She has worked comprehensively on projects for the social empowerment of the Muslim Community and against gender-based violence.

Although still a student, she is a freelance content writer and artist doing commissioned work. A lover of literature and culture, she is an avid reader, poet, and songwriter. She aspires to reduce mental health stigma and internalized Islamophobia with a social start-up underway.
