Maneeha Shaikh is 26 year old passionate girl from Pune, Maharashtra. Coming from a Middle class orthodox family, Maneeha has always been an Goal focused and dedicated girl with dream to create her own identity and mark in this big universe. She strongly believes in learning and leaving an impact as a Hijabi in Corporate World, to inspire other young Muslim girls. Holding 5 years of Industry experience in Customer Excellence, Process Improvement and Logistics, She is currently working at Eaton Technologies as Process specialist . Prior to her current role, Maneeha served as a Process Expert at Maersk Global Service Centre, where she demonstrated her expertise in end-to-end dispute resolution, customer/vendor grievance redressal, and proactive problem-solving. She successfully managed a diverse project portfolio, maintained stakeholder relationships with key clients, and delivered timely resolutions to enhance customer experience. Maneeha's dedication to continuous improvement is evident in her certifications, including Salesforce Associate, Power BI Data Associate and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
She persued her Bachelor’s Degree in General Science from Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar university and also a part time Interior Designer as passion.
Outside of her professional endeavours, She has a keen interest in Urdu poetry, Sufi Music, and Calligraphy as legacy from her father
