Pallavi Ridout

Pallavi Ridout is the CEO and founder of The ELM Advisory group. Through the Engage.Lead.Motivate group she helps senior leaders, teams, and organizations reach higher personal excellence, powerful breakthroughs, and sustainable change. After working in corporate America for 20+ years, she left her highly successful career to lead a life of purpose and pursue her passion for bringing out the best in others.
Pallavi is passionate about women’s empowerment. Through her life purpose transformation practice, “Leading a Life of No Regrets,” she works with professional women to help them seek clarity on their purpose and take courageous action.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The George Washington University, Washing D.C & a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce, Pune, India. Pallavi volunteers her time as a Lean In Circle leader to help female corporate leaders break barriers and reach their highest potential.
She is also a true believer in grooming the younger generation for success and has partnered with the University of North Texas in mentoring students through their Professional Leadership Program. She is an avid traveler. In the summer of 2019, her 9-year-old embarked on an “Around the World in 80 days” journey covering three continents, 13 countries, and 27 cities.
