Anita Guha

A graduate from Harvard University, Anita has a proven track record in Talent Management with a focus on learning, leadership development, and diversity. Her experience spans a range of industries and locations including the public sector, pharmaceutical, beverages, and IT in Austria, Japan, and India. She has been recognised for the WILL Women’s Choice Award for her “deep passion, outstanding commitment, and high delivery in the field of inclusivity and gender equality.” Anita is passionate about sharing her expertise by blogging and writing for national publications and speaking at a variety of conferences. She has also designed and delivered an 30 hr workshop on HR Practice: A Corporate Perspective to BMS students at Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Currently, Anita is the CIO Talent Advisor at IBM India.
