Jen Brothers

Co-Founder and President, House of Bread

Jen Brothers is a leadership facilitator and coach, as well as a therapist and ordained
minister in the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA). Jen used everything she learned about
adaptive leadership to create House of Bread, a non-profit providing job skills training
and mentoring to formerly incarcerated women through baking and selling bread. Jen
holds a Master’s of Divinity from Union Presbyterian Seminary, a Master of Arts in
Education from Virginia Tech, and undergraduate degrees in Communications and
Spanish from James Madison University.
